Welcome to the world of ExGENN, which stands for 'Excluded Generations'. A 'not for profit' organisation that was established in November 2005, by a group of people who had worked in a range of person centred organisations, the aim was, and is, to provide innovative and creative services for people to develop their full potential.
Our strap line 'Generations Coming Forth' looks at the target group who we are aiming to work with. Often people assume that the strap line means we only work with children, ExGENN however, look at things differently, and we also aim to change the lives of adults, so they and theirs may fulfill their aspirations and hand their learning down.
Here at ExGENN we don't only think about how we can help you today, but tailor our services towards developing you for the future.
"ExGENN are working to reduce the number of excluded generations, and breaking the perpetual cycles that restrict progression and inclusion"
To provide a range of creative and innovative projects/programme that will enhance skills, knowledge, experience and life potential for the betterment of the individual and the generations that follow.
ExGENN is committed to the governments 'Every Child Matters' framework and works to achieve the 5 outcomes.
ExGENN is committed the guidance code of principles and operates within a structure that provides management for and ensures accountability of the service. We have established structures to monitor and evaluate services provision as a means of continually improving those services.
We ensure that information bases cover the full range of needs of the target groups for that service. Information should be accurate and up to date and in a form that is accessible to the individual.
We are also committed to working collaboratively with other agencies in the interests of our clients/service users.
